Back in January, I figured out that my luteal phase is too short (between 8-10 days). The first day of my next cycle, I started taking 50mg of vitamin B6 twice a day (12 hours apart) with food. Then, once I had ovulated, I increased to 75mg twice a day. My luteal phase increased in ONE MONTH to 12 days . I am now on my second cycle with the vitamin B6 and I ovulated Saturday. Pills continuously are getting stuck in my throat?

So about a year ago I took a very small pill and I felt as if it didn't go down, and it hurt. I was up half the night chugging water and trying to get it down but nothing worked. This happened a few more times and then stopped. Now I have the occasional pill that feels as if it doesn't go down, but I got the flu a few days ago and from the very start, any pill I take seems to get stuck. I can taste the medicine in my mouth when I drink and if I suck back very hard I can feel a lump come back. I've been able to wiggle some pills lose and swallow them, so I can't imagine that it is this "fantom pill" or bruising that some people say it is. I went to my doctor and told her about it a few months ago because its really bothering me and she looked all confused and just blew me off. Whats going onnn!? This is a huge bother.

I don't know what dilute means and idk what the 50% is either. I usually just pour some peroxide into the cap until its full and then put some water in a cup and gargle both at the same time. Pain in my side? Help please?

About seven or eight hours ago i got this sharp stabbing pain in my side (maybe an inch above the bellyon on the left sideand is starting to hurt on the right as well). Its not a sharp pain anymore but its still there. I haven't been hungry all day which isn't that starange but its mor so than than it usually is. I've got a really bad head ache (which i took tylenol for) shortly before the pain started , and it has never gone away. I have also been hot all day, but i was at work when it started and everyone was saying it was hot in there. But when i get hot i get dizzy and have almost ped out a couple times. Im not as hot any more but still dizzy with my head and side hurting. Im almost seventeen and no people its not cramps. I know the difference. HELP?

I do not dislike people who are depressed or suicidal. I ran up fourteen flights of stairs in New York City to save a woman from jumping off the building. Pregnant bleeding/cramping off and on this week.........?

Im about 6w and 5 days pregnant. Ive been experiencing light bleeding/little clotting at the beginning of the week and went to the doctors yesterday to see the sonogram and it showed the baby and the flicker of the heartbeat. The following night I experienced heavier cramping and more blood. I saw some clots that were dark and some were grayish. This morning I woke up with just a little more and now its just very faint brown spotting. Im very confused on what it could be...anywhere from a miscarriage or a hemorrage perhaps? If anyone could share their stories or insights on some real experiences. Thanks.

Cant stop blaming myself!!?

I had a healthy pregnancy and gave birth to my wonderful daughter on 7-18-05 by c-section since she was frank breech. Since then I had a miscarriage on August 15, 2009. I recently found out I was pregnant again. On February 25th my Hcg levels were 540 at 11 am. I went to the hospital that night with bad pains and my Hcg level had dropped to 328. I know everybody keeps telling me it isn't my fault but I cant stop blaming myself after having 2 in 6 months. After the first I believed it could have been chromosomal abnormalities but 2 in 6 months. Has anyone else had this problem? Or cant stop blaming themselves either?

How can I treat this sore throat and how long will it last?

In the school where I work (a large inner-London comprehensive where there is a vary vary large number of immigrant children and the children of immigrants) the children are taught British history, they are taught about Roman Britain, Medieval Britain (at the moment they are learning about the Plague and the Black Death in Year 8 (second form), they learn about the Tudors and Stuarts and the English Civil War, I accompanied a group of Year 12 Citizenship students to the Houses of Parliament and they had clearly learnt about the Magna Carta as when they saw it in the flesh as it were all knew exactly what it was, how important it was etc but all chorused their shock at how small and seemingly uncared for it is (if you don't know it is in a rather non-descript frame hidden behind a display about it just inside a doorway in the Royal Apartments) they learn about the two world wars and yes they do learn about world history as well, they learn about the black people's of America, the French Revolution and the Cold war, I am not sure that this is a bad thing. In English pretty much all of the greats are taught and all GCSE and GCE (A Level) students have to study Shakespeare, Chaucer, other greats are in there as well Orwell, Austen, Shelley, Bronte, Auden, Arden, Brooke, Soon, Golding, Owen etc. I think that all our students whether they were born British or even feel British when they join our school certainly are proud to have some part of Britain when they leave. Bring on the Citizenship oaths of allegiance I say.

How to apologise to a girl who was my best friend and room mate?

I was best friends with my room mate at uni so we decided to live together in our second year. Her boyfriend moved in with us the day after we moved in and stayed for 2 weeks which I got told would be a few days so I was upset...then he had friends over and after having quite a bit to drink, they started saying inappropriate things to me and no one stuck up for me so I walked out and didn't talk to them both for a few days. That was an excellent observation and great research that you uncovered about the movie. After it came out, I did the same thing. Now, the reason so many people think it's real is because the actors themselves break the 4th wall, which is a big no-no in the film industry, and actually tell the audience that the film they are about to see is actual footage and is indeed all fact. Plus, when any movie has "actual footage" anyone is bound to believe it. And yes, all the stories about missing people is true but that doesn't necessarily mean alien abduction. I do know that there was a significance about the owl that the victims see, but from real reports, the victim doesn't see the owl until after abduction. If you want to see a movie inspired, not based, by true events I would highly recommend you watch Fire in the Sky or a couple of X- Files, which are inspired by real x-files. Hope this helped. Why does my girly juice taste bitter?

I'm very hygienic & have never had an odor issue down there, I always stay neatly trim or shaven when I plan to have a bit of fun ;), and I'm up to date on my reg gyno appt's. I've never had an infection or anything along that line. So could this bitter taste be due to my diet? I do eat a lot of red meat and I've heard that could contribute to the issue. Why is my rhododendron's leaves drooping, curling and browning?

Help!: My van ran out of gas, now it wont start!?

Sometimes when the gas runs dry the fuel pump loses its prime and it takes a while to get it to pump the gas through. On my old car, pouring gas into the carburetor will usually get it going again. It starts and runs on the gas you poured in the carburetor then runs out and dies. So you are not getting fuel up from the tank. Sometimes it takes several times of pouring a little gas, and trying to start to get the fuel back up to the carb. The clicking is you ran the battery down. You now need to jump start it and try pouring gas in the carb. Also, it may take several gallons in the tank for the fuel pump to get it started if the tank is completely dry, especially if the vehicle isn't sitting quite level. Add some more gas to the tank and get a jump start, you probably just ran out of gas.

i think at this point, if marriage and a family is what you really want and he is not willing to give it to you then perhaps it's time to prioritize? sounds like you've talked to him already but marriage and a family are deal breakers, i think. maybe ask him how much longer? it's really unfair that he is leading you on like this with a potential marriage. but you also have to protect yourself because what if he never wants to get married? what if he decides one day that he doesn't? then you would have waited for nothing. maybe try talking to him and expressing more firmly that marriage is what you want and if he can't give you a definitive answer then you have to look to someone else. while you may love him, marriage is a big deal. it's not about a toaster or about something silly. if he can't offer you one of the biggest things you want then what would be your purpose of waiting? besides that you love him and he's a good guy.

Top tier schools are all the same for undergrad. Your school really starts to matter for Post-Grad studies. You don't even sound like you would enjoy Harvard. Why is my brother my mother's favorite?

My brother is 5 years younger and my mom treats him like hes ******* god. I am a straight A student and have managed to have have the highest average in my grade for three consecutive quarters, but all my mom ever does is say good. But if my brother gets a 100 on one ******* test she act like its the best thing that ever happened. My brother got a pet snake and it died and the next day my mom bought another one, even though they both cost $100, but if I want a ******* kitten I cant get one even though its half the ******* price of a snake. I get invited to the IBM E-Week and my mom act like its nothing, but when my brother says that he wants to learn how to swim and she is practically rejoicing. In second grade my average was 100 for the entire school year, and what do I get, a pat on the back, that same year my brother got his first haircut and my mom goes around bragging about my brother's hair. When I was 8, I sprained my ankle, the day after I got the cast I woke up but I could not move because it hurt so much and my mom did not even TRY to help me get out of bed, but my brother falls and gets a cut and she acts like it is World War 3. One day I was riding my bike down a steep incline and the brakes gave out so I crashed into a barbed wire fence and simultaneously had an asthma attack and she babies me for 2 days then its back to normal . I love my mom and all but even if I were to try and tell her how I felt she would say that it isn't true.

There are drones on BOTH sides. Some kids like anything that's popular on the radio. Which is mostly composed of die-hard Nas fans who are living in the 90's. I actually find the latter group to be worse. They have NO reason for hating the new artist they just do. They don't seem to understand that Hip Hop was invented in spite of elitist musicians. You think non hip hop fans respect hip hop as a genre? Sike. Look at any greatest songs of all time list and hip hop won't even be in the top 100. Yet now they think they can say what's hip hop and what's not. Just like rock fans will say what's music and whats not. Fact is everyone has a place in hip hop. Not everyone has to be lyrical. That's what makes hip hop so great. If everyone sounded the same it would suck. And don't say all mainstream sounds the same. There is more variation now than EVER. Low-carb eating? What kind of meals? Milk problems?

I'll start out with the milk, you might just be allergic to it (lactose intolerance) it is healthy because of the calcium and protein but i suppose you could live without it; now about the carbs, not a good idea at all to cut them out. I would not listen to my friends at all. you need carbs for your brain to function and if you deprive yourself it WILL backfire eventually. I know from personal experience. You must eat a baanced diet and never ever please ever deprive yourself because after a while, the forbidden food will be all your body will want and eventually the stress will make you break and overindulge in it.. PLease Please just eat mostly healthy but never deprive yourself. please listen to me.

asking this question in connection with columbine. personally, I'm shocked to find out that most Americans are in favour of guns. not only for self-defense, but because it's more of a right to freedom (like it is stated in the 2nd amendment or sth) haven't guns been responsible for many a crime? people (like the guy in Arizona recently) can just what? walk in, buy a gun, and venture out on a shooting spree? yes, one could argue that it's psychology, lack of parental love, social outcast, disappointment with the government, etc. but people are discontent everywhere. that doesn't give them a right to murder. to me the main problem is the ease of obtaining guns in American society. Some argue that crimes would continue anyway if guns are abolished, but I disagree. it would certainly diminish such grisly incidents such as school shootings. I mean, even if they are psychos and come to school with a knife, it would be harder for them to kill so many people, with a gun, it's just so easy (esp. if you choose a good vantage point). I sometimes think that another reason is that guns bring in a lot of revenue for some, that is why people are reluctant to to see the industry abolished. I'm talking about the complete abolishment of guns from society. (the only exception could be to have guns at home, if one feels threatened) and the most severe crackdown on obtaining guns (by criminals, drug cartels, so on. couldn't federal agents and agents on a state level handle that?) as you can probably guess, I'm not from the states (but I've always wanted to live there). but now I've decided that I wouldn't want to live in a gun society. My parents are about to lose their house. They obviously are behind on some payments as my father and I (I was helping as much as I can) were laid off and my mother alone doesn't make enough to support the household. If they don't come up with thousands of dollars the bank will foreclose on their home. So my question is...how exactly does a foreclosure work? If they don't come up with the money, the bank will take the house..do they take the home owner's belongings also? Would it be better to try and sell the house and move out before the foreclosure takes place? Parents, how do you deal with rude kids that come over to your house to play?

I have done exactly the same thing my kids friends know what behavior is acceptable in our house and what isn't and they know i will take them home if they continue to disregard our house rules. They get one warning then it's off home. I try to instill good manners in my children and expect the same back from others. I can't be that bad as they all seem to want to come back.

My husband and I had pre marital counseling from my pastor. I was very apprehensive because my pastor is also my brother! It was the most fun I'd had in a while. Because I am a born again believer, it wasn't as intense as I thought it would be. He basically had us define what we thought marriage was about, he asked us why we wanted to be married to one another. He asked for reasons why couples don't stay together, etc. All of the answers we gave to him, he contrast those with pages from the bible and showed us how to apply spiritual things to our natural lives. It was great. He told us that effective communication and the embodied commitment to stay together is essential for a lasting marriage. He let us know that it wasn't always going to be roses (as we have found out in a short time), but that if we were committed and put God first, we could go wrong. I would like to say to you that when you feel you can't go on in the marriage, go back to what it was that made you want to be together with your spouse in the beginning and recapture those feelings as a base point to rebuild on. He did not ask us personal questions about our life, but he did let us know that is essential and we must desire one another in the spirit of Erros love. ive recently moved back to my home town and ive lived in 2 diff apt with in 2 years of being back. my first apt had a slew of problems inc. but not limited to being robbed(stuff in my car and house) being watched on a 24/7 basis haveing the tires on my car slashed a hole drilled in to my cars transmission and haveing a pet stolen and killed! my new apt im am starting to have the same problems ive had to buy over $200 in tires since i moved in and i havnt even been here for a year the landlord doesnt seem to care much and nethier do the police.ive had one person,a niehbor sucessfully break in while my wife and i were asleep (wich i got sent to jail for since self defence is no longer legal) im starting to get extreamly angry every time they pull any little stunt (im not typicly an angry person and i only resort to violence to protect me and my own) moveing is not an option since there are not many availble apt's where i live.i really need a good legal way of getting these ppl of my back

I know I've asked about this before, but I am feeling sooo bad about my flat chest right now. It's not so bad when I can wear a padded bra, but when it comes to swimming and relationships with guys, I am so embared. I'm 18 and can hardly fill out a 32 A bra (I'm not a cute perky 34 A or B, but rather completely flat). This next week I am going swimming (no choice about it) and I'm afraid I'm going to die of humiliation. I have a cute polka dot halter monokini with very slight cup padding but the halter opening goes down to the bottom of my chest. It's narrow, but nevertheless you can still see I have no ! But if I think this is bad, what about when I get into a serious relationship with a guy and he finds out how flat I am? How can I live a normal life and be self confident? The rest of my body is fit and in shape and I like it, but my chest ruins everything! I'm really worried that everyone will find me horribly ugly and weird because I'm so flat on the top. How do you deal with the separation? My daughter will be 21 months when he leaves for basic training and I will be 7 1/2 months pregnant. I will give birth to our son when he is gone and he won't be back until our son is about 8 weeks old. His occupational training will likely be about 54 weeks and we'll get to go with him. I am scared, nervous, and excited all at the same time. His mom grew up as the child of an airforce officer and vet from WWII and his father's side has a few WWII vets too, so he's got an idea of what to expect. I on the other hand have never been introduced to this life before and I am willing to go for it, but OMG! I'm afraid of all the normal fears, death, separation, kids attached to Daddy, etc, nervous because I don't know what to expect and excited for him because he is, as well I have never lived alone and been responsible for myself (I left home at 17 and moved in with him). I am 26 and curious what other wives have done to cope and deal with it all.

Youre meal plan is great but your exercise is pretty slack. It would probably be okay if you were wanting to maintain your current weight. You should aim for an equal balance in cardio and resistance training. I'd suggest running or cycling 45-60minutes everyday. And doing other things like lifting weights or pilates, yoga... any strenghtning exercise every other day for at least 45 minutes.

Would it be a good idea to buy a salvaged vehicle?

I've found this car that I would like to get, but it's a salvaged vehicle. I've obtained the carfax report and this is the breakdown. There were three owners. The first had no issues with the car and had it for 4 years and 2 months. He sold it to another person who wrecked it within the 4 months he owned it. It was declared a total loss vehicle and was taken by the insurance company. After that, a dealership took title of the vehicle and restored it; a rebuilt title was issued to it. Now, some other guy has bought the car and has had it for 7 months with no issues. This guy is now selling the car, and I was thinking about getting it. He says he has got it checked with a mechanic who said that the only thing wrong was the rear brake calipers and he fixed those. It seems as thought this car is running fairly well considering its past, but I would like to know whether it'd be a good idea. Obviously, the price is much lower which makes this more appealing. I am planning on test driving the car and seeing how it runs before I buy it as well as getting it checked out by a mechanic with me as a witness. Thanks.

Well you can start with Ryan Leaf for sure at QB, we all know what a bust he was and the explosions he had with the media. We need a backup so I would take Marcus Vick, so much attitude for a guy who never got drafted. At WR, T.O the team killer, Randy Moss of course his attitude needs to be there, Freddie "The Mouth" Mitchell has to be there to talk smack and then suck it up, and Joey Porter because he is another guy who kills a team just watch how he treats a coach. At RB, I would take Corey Dillon, while he was for the most part well behaved in New England, he did have a few run ins with the media and he had a bunch in Cinci. I am very depressed and think about ending my life every day?

Let me start by saying that im 26 and a ex heroin user of over 10 years. My past drug use has rotted my teeth very badly.I am always in pain and I have a hard time eating most things and have very low self esteem because of it. Has anyone ever had a dream about a plane crashing?

last night i dreamt about torrential rain then looked up in the sky and saw a Southwest airlines, sort of broke in half in the middle with flames jetting out of it (don't ask how it was still in the sky) and a second later, guess my brain realized the irony - the plane came down. I rem'd thinking there goes SW perfect safety record. my question is this, i'm not sure what to make of the dream. i am flying today, but not on Southwest. I am generally nervous to fly - so my dream can simply be reflective of that, although i've flown many times before w/o such a dream. I have had dreams come true in the past ~but~ never to that scale. Further, usually i don't remember the dream until after a given incident (of a very small scale) has occured. Generally if i dream something bad and actually remember the dream - it never happens. Anyhow, it was a pretty surreal moment but i'm not convinced it was reflective of a future event (i hope not).
