Am I overweight? I'm a 15 year old girl.?

I'm about 5 ' 2, and I stay between 138-147 pounds. It goes up and down at times. How can I lose this weight and go to the proper weight? Should I eat less? I work at Tim Horton's, so I'm getting lots of exercise whenever I'm working, running around quickly.
