Low-carb eating? What kind of meals? Milk problems?
I'll start out with the milk, you might just be allergic to it (lactose intolerance) it is healthy because of the calcium and protein but i suppose you could live without it; now about the carbs, not a good idea at all to cut them out. I would not listen to my friends at all. you need carbs for your brain to function and if you deprive yourself it WILL backfire eventually. I know from personal experience. You must eat a baanced diet and never ever please ever deprive yourself because after a while, the forbidden food will be all your body will want and eventually the stress will make you break and overindulge in it.. PLease Please just eat mostly healthy but never deprive yourself. please listen to me.
