How to make soft filled lollies?

HI, i went to a market a couple of months ago and there was a stall where they sold these long lollies about 60cm long and thehy were round about the thickness of a thumb, they were like kinda rubbery on the outside and soft on the inside, they had flavours like cola, watermelon etc, i really want to find out how to make these as they do not seem to be made and sold through any wholesalers, would really appreciate any help if anyone know how to make these type of lollies thanks......
