Back in January, I figured out that my luteal phase is too short (between 8-10 days). The first day of my next cycle, I started taking 50mg of vitamin B6 twice a day (12 hours apart) with food. Then, once I had ovulated, I increased to 75mg twice a day. My luteal phase increased in ONE MONTH to 12 days . I am now on my second cycle with the vitamin B6 and I ovulated Saturday. I continued to do the same dosages I used with February's cycle (50mg first then 75 after ovulation). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for pregnancy this month!!
