Lauren, stop worrying. Its completely normal for yellow/greenish puss to come out (yuck but true). You will find that it will begin to scab, and you'll find it sore and hard to move the piercing, but that is completely normal. The redness is just part of the natural healing process, it usually takes anything up to 16 weeks to look like normal.
