Parents, how do you deal with rude kids that come over to your house to play?

I have done exactly the same thing my kids friends know what behavior is acceptable in our house and what isn't and they know i will take them home if they continue to disregard our house rules. They get one warning then it's off home. I try to instill good manners in my children and expect the same back from others. I can't be that bad as they all seem to want to come back.
