If in our Oath (the military), we are sworn to protect our Constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic

Would anyone in the Military be charged with treason if they felt that our country was being destroyed by the office of the Predident with failed dealing with foriegn nations and/or economic policies that would destroy the nation. Or, if laws where being bent to serve the political office, not the laws of the constitution? (Not saying that it is hapening, but if that secnero was happening)
