Will this work for my diet ?

Youre meal plan is great but your exercise is pretty slack. It would probably be okay if you were wanting to maintain your current weight. You should aim for an equal balance in cardio and resistance training. I'd suggest running or cycling 45-60minutes everyday. And doing other things like lifting weights or pilates, yoga... any strenghtning exercise every other day for at least 45 minutes.
