Looking for a quote/saying for...?

Okay this may be a hard question. I am looking for a smart saying or a quote by someone famous or hymn or something to write to someone in the family saying that just because we have fights doesn't mean we can't talk as the someone hasn't called me in a long time and I wanna say it in a way that doesn't sound bad/mean or stupid.
