ADOPITION 1965 SMURTHWAIT.?

Done at northallerton courts oct 1965 first name Diane, born Howdenshire Derwent. Tryint to find birth mother if poss, had a st christopher put on me by my birth mums mum still got that to this day,reason why looking, lost my dad 5 years ago my adoptive mam the best in the world but still a empty part of my history, just spent the last 5 years finding my fathers (adoptive) family tree as he always wanted to do it so ive done ti for him, now dont have the time to do it for myself, if any one could help i would really be thankfull. yours DIANE.
