What to do about the smell help asap?

my dog just gave birth to 4 puppies last night and i got all the blankets cleaned up i am burning a pet safe candle and it still smells like after birth what can i do to get rid of the sour smell also i wanna get kennel feeders like the ones you put on the side of the kennel so i can put food and water in her kennel but so its too high fore the puppies to get too do u think this is a good idea AND what should i give mamma to help produce milk and have strenth ( ps she is already on puppy food becouse it has extra carbs and protien and stuff
