Why the Islam do not believe Jesus is God?

When Alquran dan Hadith plainly said He is and He is he judge of mankind at the end of time? Is it a conspiracy to prevent Islamic follower to become Christian? When the Islamic people realized that He is and reading the Alquran and Hadith directly there bound to be a revolution? Why did their religious teacher teach a false doctrine not according to Islamic holy books?
