Is the is the Queen the Lord's anointed?

Didn't the British consider their sovereign the "Lord's anointed". I know many British Kings escaped execution because they were thought to be holy, and many princes (future Kings) who were never ed (Like Edward the 6th) because their rear side was thought to be holy. So is Queen Elizabeth II, considered holy by the Church of England?
