37 weeks. Question about dilating?

I had 3 of my 4 children at 37 weeks. I was 2cm at my 36 week check up with my 3rd. Doctor said it soul still be the 4 weeks I had left because my cervix had scar tissue from previous births and it could take longer. Boy was he wrong! 5 days later she was here and if the hospital had not been across the parking lot from the hospital, she would have been born in our truck on the way. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. You just have to wait! Good Luck!
